Bonds to be registered.

95.395. All bonds issued under the provisions of sections95.370 to 95.400, inclusive, shall be presented to and registeredby the state auditor before being offered for sale, and it shallbe the duty of the state auditor to register such bonds uponsatisfactory proof that all the provisions of said sectionsauthorizing the issue of bonds have been complied with.
