Question to be submitted to voters.

95.440. For the purpose of testing the sense of the votersupon a proposition to issue bonds for the purposes of taking upthe indebtedness of such city or town as has been ascertained anddetermined by a judgment or decree of court, the council,trustees or other proper authority of such municipality shallorder the question to be submitted to the voters.
