Bonds issued, when--procedure, limits.

95.450. If the bond issue by any such city or town becarried or consented to by the constitutionally requiredpercentage of the voters voting on the question, the council,trustees or other legislative authority of such city or townmay, by ordinance, declare the result of the submission of thequestion, and cause such bonds of such city or town to be issuedfor the amount of such indebtedness as has been ascertained anddetermined by judgment or decree of court.
