Board shall meet and organize.

96.260. Said members shall, immediately after theirappointment, and annually thereafter, meet and organize byelecting out of their number a president, vice president,treasurer and secretary. All subordinate officers and employeesappointed shall give such bonds for the faithful discharge oftheir duties as may be required by the board.
