Accused to be given time to answer.

106.120. Upon the appearance of the accused, he shall havereasonable time to answer the impeachment; and when the answershall be filed, the managers may reply thereto; and when issueshall be joined on any such impeachment, the court or commissionshall appoint a time for trial thereof.
