Appointment of special prosecutor.

106.240. Upon the filing of the affidavit as provided insection 106.230, against any prosecuting attorney, the judge ofthe circuit court of said county may appoint a specialprosecutor, who shall have power and authority to file acomplaint, as provided in section 106.230, against saidprosecuting attorney.
