Additional testimony may be taken.

107.120. Testimony in addition to that of such sureties maybe required by the officer or court passing upon the sufficiencyof such bonds; and when required it shall in every case beendorsed on or attached to the bond, subscribed by the witness orwitnesses giving it, and duly attested.
