Moneys deposited in county treasury--county commission to withdrawmoney for purposes for which bonds were issued.

108.110. The moneys derived from the sale of such bondsshall be deposited in the county treasury, and the county clerkshall charge the treasurer therewith. And the said moneys shallbe drawn from the treasury upon the order of the commission forthe purposes for which the bonds were issued.
