108.300. Nothing in the provisions of sections 108.240 to108.300 relating to the registration of bonds shall be soconstrued as to include any bonds that have been or may be issuedby any county of the first classification or city or schooldistrict having a population of over sixty-five thousandinhabitants, as established by the last United States census.
