Hearing on necessity for recount, when.
115.537. Not later than five days after the petition isfiled, a preliminary hearing shall be held to determine whetherthere shall be a recount and not to determine what the recountwould show. The court shall hear all evidence by the contestantand contestee bearing on the alleged irregularities.
