§1‑339.40. Private sale; final report.
(a) A commissioner or atrustee in a deed of trust authorized pursuant to G.S. 1‑339.4 to hold aprivate sale of property shall make such a final report as is specified in G.S.1‑339.31.
(b) Any other personauthorized pursuant to G.S. 1‑339.4 to hold a private sale of propertyshall make such a final report as is specified in G.S. 1‑339.32. (1949,c. 719, s. 1.)
