A non‑State resident maybe admitted to and discharged from a facility on a voluntary basis inaccordance with Parts 2 through 5 of this Article at his own expense. If thefacility determines that the client should be returned to his own state theprovisions of G.S. 122C‑345 or G.S. 122C‑361, as appropriate, shallapply.
