§ 125‑13.  Politicalsubdivisions to comply with laws governing capital outlay and pledging ofcredit.

No county, municipality, orother political subdivision of this State shall be party to a library agreementwhich provides for the construction or maintenance of a library pursuant toArticle III, subdivision (c)(7) of the Compact, nor pledge its credit insupport of such a library, or contribute to the capital financing thereof,except after compliance with any laws applicable to such counties, municipalities,or other political subdivisions relating to or governing capital outlays andthe pledging of credit. (1967, c. 190, s. 2.)
