Upon request of the Commission, the head of any State agency may assignproperty, equipment, and personnel of such agency to the Commission to assistthe Commission in carrying out its duties under this Part. Assignments underthis section shall be without reimbursement by the Commission to the agencyfrom which the assignment was made. (1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 769, s. 12.5(a).)
