The Open Meetings Law (Article33 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes) and the Public Records Act (Chapter132 of the General Statutes) shall apply to the Fund and the Commission, andthe Fund and the Commission shall be subject to audit by the State Auditor asprovided by law. The Commission shall reimburse the State Auditor for theactual cost of the audit. (2000‑147, s. 2.)
