(a) Authorization. The holder of a bottler permit may:
(1) Receive, possess andtransport shipments of malt beverages, unfortified wine and fortified wine;
(2) Bottle, sell,deliver and ship malt beverages, unfortified wine, and fortified wine in closedcontainers to wholesalers licensed under this Chapter as authorized by the ABClaws;
(3) Furnish or sellpackages which do not conform to the manufacturer's marketing standards, ifState taxes have been or will be paid, to its employees for the use of theemployees or their families and guests in this State.
A sale or gift undersubdivision (3) shall not be considered a retail or wholesale sale under theABC law.
(b) DistributionAgreements. Wine distribution agreements are governed by Article 12 of thisChapter.
