The Commissioner may requirethe immediate removal from office of any officer, director, or employee of anyState trust company, who shall be found to be dishonest, incompetent, orreckless in the management of the affairs of the State trust company, or whopersistently violates the laws of this State or the rules, orders, anddeclaratory rulings issued by the Commissioner.
