§53‑65. Deposits payable on demand.
Any bank may receive depositsof funds subject to withdrawals or to be paid upon the checks of the depositor.All deposits in such banks shall be payable on demand, without notice, exceptwhen the contract of deposit shall otherwise provide. (1921,c. 4, s. 46; C.S., s. 220(u).)
