§ 54C‑196. Supervisionof holding companies.
Holding companies are underthe supervision of the Commissioner of Banks. The Commissioner of Banks shallexercise all powers and responsibilities with respect to holding companieswhich the Commissioner of Banks exercises with respect to savings banks. (1991, c. 680, s. 1; 2001‑193,s. 16.)
