§ 90‑110. Injunctions.

(a)        The superior court of North Carolina shall have jurisdictionin proceedings in accordance with the rules of those courts to enjoinviolations of this Article.

(b)        In case of an alleged violation of an injunction orrestraining order issued under this section, trial shall, upon demand of theaccused, be by a jury in accordance with the rules of the superior courts ofNorth Carolina. (1971, c. 919, s.1.)
