§ 90‑210.85.  Revocation of license.

In the event it is proven to the satisfaction of the Board of FuneralService that any burial association is being operated not in conformity withany provision of this Article, then it shall become the duty of the Board ofFuneral Service upon hearing to revoke the license of said burial associationand transfer said burial association, its membership and all its assets ofevery kind and description to another burial association that is found by theBoard of Funeral Service to be in good sound financial condition; provided,that if said burial association gives notice of appeal as provided for in G.S.90‑210.94, then said burial association may continue to operate as beforethe revocation and until final adjudication.
