§ 90‑270.39. Osteopaths, chiropractors, and podiatrists not restricted.

Nothing in this Article shall restrict the use of physical therapymodalities by licensed osteopaths, chiropractors, or podiatrists, in the lawfulpractice of their professions; except that, these licensed professionals shallnot be permitted to in any way hold themselves, or any employee or associate,out as practicing physical therapy or being licensed by the Board of PhysicalTherapy Examiners, or any other agency, to do so.
