§ 90‑270.72.  Exemption from requirements.

The Board may exempt an applicant from certain licensure requirementsif the applicant presents proof satisfactory to the Board of current licensureas an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant in another stateor the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Guam, provided the otherjurisdiction's licensure standards are considered by the Board to besubstantially equivalent to or higher than those prescribed in this Article.
