206.160 Pension may be stopped -- Hearing. In cases where a pension has been granted, if the secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet finds that the pension was wrongfully granted, or that the pensioner has moved out of the state, or has in any other way become no longer entitled thereto, he may drop the pensioner's name from the pension roll after first giving him thirty (30) days' notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, thus giving the pensioner an opportunity to be heard or present any evidence he may desire to offer as to why his name shall not be dropped from the pension roll.
