Section 16-64-5

Adoption by institution of more rigorous nonresident tuition rates.

A four-year public institution of higher education, at the discretion of its governing board and a two-year public institution of higher education at the discretion of the Chancellor of the Department of Postsecondary Education may elect to adopt policies regarding nonresident tuition which are more rigorous than those specified in this chapter.
