Section 17-13-81

Contest of nomination to county office - Duty of chair of county executive committee in case of contest.

The chair of the county executive committee, upon the filing with him or her of any contest as provided in this article, shall, within five days, call the committee together at the county seat at a time not less than five days nor more than 10 days after the filing of such contest to hear and determine the same.
