Section 2-5-5

Establishment of farmers' markets.

The Farmers' Market Authority shall have authority, when a site has been acquired by purchase, lease, rent, gift or otherwise, to establish thereon a farmers' market, independent of and without the necessity of securing any permit from any municipality in which a site or sites may be located.
