Section 32-6-11

Reciprocal agreements - Authorities in charge of federal military installations.

The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Secretary of Defense of the United States or the duly authorized authorities of any federal military installation relative to the reciprocal recognition of point values assessed against drivers of motor vehicles for certain offenses against motor vehicle and traffic laws, rules and regulations when such point values are to be used in determining whether to revoke the driving privileges or the driver's license of the offender because he is an habitually reckless or negligent driver or is an habitual violator of traffic laws and regulations.
