Section 34-34-4

Authority of certain unqualified persons to represent themselves as dietitians/nutritionists.

Any person employed by a licensed health care facility and who does not meet the requirements of subsection (a) of Section 34-34-1 on May 7, 1984, may continue to represent himself or herself as a dietitian/nutritionist while employed by said licensed health care facility so long as he or she complies with the continuing education requirements of subdivision (b)(3) of Section 34-34-1.
