Section 36-35-1

Short title. THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER. THIS SECTION HAS NOT BEEN CODIFIED BY THE LEGISLATURE.

This chapter shall be called the Alabama Prescription Cost Initiative.
