Compensation for judge of probate - Salary.
At the beginning of the next term of office, the Judge of Probate of Coffee County shall receive an annual salary of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) per year. The salary shall constitute the total compensation payable to the judge of probate, and shall be in lieu of any salary, expense allowance, or other compensation heretofore provided by law. The judge of probate shall be paid from the same funds and in the same manner as presently provided.
