If the department revokes a mortgage license or a registration of a small mortgage lender, the mortgage licensee or the small mortgage lender shall divest itself of all outstanding loans that were issued under this chapter by selling or assigning them to another mortgage licensee or small mortgage lender. Divestment under this section must be approved by the department.
