Statutes > Alaska > Title-08 > Chapter-08-68 > Article-02 > Sec-08-68-170An applicant for a license to practice registered or practical nursing shall submit to the board on forms and in the manner prescribed by the board, written evidence, verified by oath, that the applicant has successfully completed a registered or practical nursing education program
(1) accredited by the board;
(2) outside the state that, in the opinion of the board, meets the minimum requirements of the board for an accredited program of study in this state at the time the applicant graduated; or
(3) accredited by the National League for Nursing at the time the applicant graduated.
