Statutes > Alaska > Title-09 > Chapter-09-40 > Article-02 > Sec-09-40-180The defendant may give bail by causing a written undertaking to be executed by one or more sufficient sureties to the effect that they are bound in the amount mentioned in the order for arrest, that the defendant will be amenable to the process of the court during the pendency of the action and to processes that may be issued to enforce the judgment, or that they will pay the plaintiff the amount of the judgment that may be recovered in the action.
