Statutes > Alaska > Title-10 > Chapter-10-06 > Article-11 > Sec-10-06-850The commissioner may institute a suit in the name of the state to enforce the payment of a biennial corporation tax. Corporate entities organized under AS 10.20 and foreign corporations organized under the laws of the United States or the laws of a state or territory of the United States or the laws of a foreign country for the same purposes as those allowed under AS 10.20 are exempt from the payment of the biennial corporation tax.
