Statutes > Alaska > Title-10 > Chapter-10-15 > Article-01 > Sec-10-15-260A cooperative may record in the office of the recorder where the contract was originally recorded a sworn list of the names of all persons whose contracts have been terminated in a manner other than by expiration of their term. The recorder shall stamp "expired" after the name of each of those persons in the alphabetical record. The fee for the recording and stamping shall be established by the department by regulation.
