Statutes > Alaska > Title-10 > Chapter-10-15 > Article-05 > Sec-10-15-485Upon the adoption of the resolution of revocation, a statement of revocation of voluntary dissolution proceedings shall be executed in duplicate by the cooperative by its president or a vice-president and its secretary or an assistant secretary and must set out a copy of the adopted resolution and other pertinent information as required by AS 10.15.460 and 10.15.465 to be set out in a statement of intent to dissolve.
