Statutes > Alaska > Title-14 > Chapter-14-08 > Sec-14-08-131A board member having a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in a contract for erection of buildings, heating, ventilation, furnishing, or repairing the buildings or in a contract for the furnishing of supplies for a regional school is disqualified from voting on any question involving the pecuniary interest of the member unless the member has disclosed that interest to the board and the remaining members have approved the member's participation in the voting.
