Statutes > Alaska > Title-15 > Chapter-15-40 > Article-01 > Sec-15-40-210The nominees of political parties may be selected by the state convention or in any other manner prescribed by the party bylaws, and the petition shall be signed by the chairperson and secretary of the state convention, or if the nominees are selected by the party central committee, the petition shall be signed by the chairperson of the central committee or in any other manner prescribed by the party bylaws.
