Statutes > Alaska > Title-15 > Chapter-15-40 > Article-02 > Sec-15-40-300The nominees of political parties may be selected by state convention or in any other manner prescribed by the party bylaws, and the petition shall be signed by the chairperson and secretary of the state convention, or, if the nominees are selected by the party central committee, the petition shall be signed by the state chairperson of the political party or in any other manner prescribed by the party bylaws.
