Statutes > Alaska > Title-18 > Chapter-18-55 > Article-03 > Sec-18-55-790The complaint must contain a notice of a hearing before the corporation or designated agent and the time and place fixed for the hearing. The hearing shall be not less than 10 days nor more than 30 days after the service of the complaint. The complaint must state that the parties in interest may file an answer to the complaint, appear and give testimony at the place and time fixed in the complaint.
