Statutes > Alaska > Title-18 > Chapter-18-60 > Article-01 > Sec-18-60-040Before the sixth day of each regular legislative session, the department shall prepare a report showing the accomplishments in this state toward reductions in accidents of all types, and recommendations for legislation, together with a plan for the proposed safety program for the succeeding year. Copies of the report shall be available for public information, and the department shall notify the legislature that the report is available.
