Statutes > Alaska > Title-23 > Chapter-23-15 > Article-01 > Sec-23-15-200An officer or employee engaged in the administration of the vocational rehabilitation program may not use official authority to influence or permit the use of the vocational rehabilitation program for the purpose of interfering with an election or affecting the results of an election or for a partisan political purpose. An officer or employee may not solicit or receive, and an officer or employee may not be obliged to contribute or render, a service, assistance, subscription, assessment, or contribution for a political purpose. An officer or employee violating this section is subject to discharge or suspension.
