Statutes > Alaska > Title-23 > Chapter-23-15 > Article-03 > Sec-23-15-460A person conducting an employment agency shall file a schedule of its fees with the department. The agency may change the fee schedule, but a change is not effective until seven days after it is filed with the department and until it is posted for not less than seven days in a conspicuous place in the agency. The agency shall post a copy of the fee schedule in the agency in a conspicuous place frequented by applicants for help or employment.
