Statutes > Alaska > Title-23 > Chapter-23-20 > Article-01 > Sec-23-20-120The department may request the Comptroller of the Currency of the United States to make or have made an examination of the correctness of a return or report of a national banking association rendered under this chapter. The department may, in connection with the request, transmit the report or return to the Comptroller of the Currency of the United States as provided in 26 U.S.C. 3305(c) (Internal Revenue Code).
