Statutes > Alaska > Title-23 > Chapter-23-20 > Article-09 > Sec-23-20-485A person who makes a false statement or misrepresentation knowing it is false or who knowingly fails to disclose a material fact, with intent to obtain or increase a benefit or other payment under this chapter or under an employment security law of another state, of the federal government, or of a foreign government, either for that person or another, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. Each false statement or misrepresentation or failure to disclose a material fact is a separate offense.
