Statutes > Alaska > Title-24 > Chapter-24-08 > Article-01 > Sec-24-08-020The subject of each bill shall be expressed in its title and every bill shall be confined to one subject unless it is an appropriation bill or one codifying, revising, or rearranging existing laws. The limitation to one subject shall be liberally construed to permit the subject to include all matters that reasonably can be considered germane to the subject in accomplishing the legal objective of the bill.
