Statutes > Alaska > Title-29 > Chapter-29-45 > Article-02 > Sec-29-45-410Receipt of redemption money by the municipality releases the judgment obtained under AS 29.45.380 . The clerk or the clerk's designee shall record the redemption and issue a certificate containing a property description, the redemption amount, and the dates of judgment and decree of foreclosure. The clerk or the clerk's designee shall collect the recording fee at the time of redemption and shall file the certificate with the record as part of the judgment roll.
