Statutes > Alaska > Title-37 > Chapter-37-05 > Article-02 > Sec-37-05-200The Department of Revenue shall transmit to the Department of Administration copies of receipt documents showing all receipts received by the Department of Revenue. The receipt documents shall be audited, examined, and the amounts entered in the proper accounts in the records of the Department of Administration. The Department of Administration may adopt regulations to establish the system for providing current receipt documents.
