Statutes > Alaska > Title-37 > Chapter-37-15 > Article-01 > Sec-37-15-040Before selling an issue or series of bonds, the state bond committee shall give notice inviting sealed bids in a manner that it may prescribe. If satisfactory bids are received, the bonds offered for sale shall be awarded to the highest responsible bidder. If the state bond committee determines that the bids received are not satisfactory as to price or responsibility of the bidders, it may reject all bids received.
